Join Perth Museum as they shine a spotlight on the critical issues of climate change, flooding, and water safety.
In partnership with an incredible lineup of organisations and community groups, this event is your chance to explore the challenges posed by flooding and discover practical solutions for building a more resilient future.
Connect with experts from Perth Fire and Rescue, Scottish Wild Beaver Group, Scottish Flood Forum, and Water Safety Scotland. There will also be the chance to have a highlight tour of Waters Rising by its curator, Niamh Finlay. Learn how to prepare for floods, understand climate change impacts, and explore strategies to safeguard our communities.
Create your very own Waters Rising badge and leave your mark on this vital cause!
There will also be a chance to step inside the Scottish Flood Forum’s specially designed flood vehicle, Flo, stationed just outside the Museum for a unique, immersive look into flood awareness and preparedness.
This drop-in event is perfect for families, individuals, and anyone passionate about protecting our environment and communities. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, act, and make a difference!
There's no need to book, just turn up.
