Looking for a gentle way to get active and meet new people? Stride for Life walks are led by friendly, trained volunteers and are designed to help you get moving at your own pace in a supportive and welcoming environment.
There's no need to book, just come along and enjoy a blether while you walk. Walks are typically on flat terrain and last approximately 30 minutes. All levels and abilities welcome.
